Allergeneye Quick is an immunochromatographic kit using a monoclonal antibody, which is highly specific to proteins subjected to detection as food allergens.
The kit can detect the presence of allergens on surfaces (by testing swabbing solutions), equipment or the plant environment, or in rinse water after cleaning.
