Yoshiaki Asami as President of Kikkoman Biochemifa Company

Kikkoman Biochemifa Company (KBC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Yoshiaki Asami as its new President, effective April 1, 2025. Mr. Asami will succeed Dr. Kajiyama, who has led the company with distinction and has overseen a period of remarkable growth and transformation. Mr. Asami brings a wealth of experience to KBC, with a strong background in sales and marketing and a deep understanding of the food and biochemical industries. He currently serves as an Executive Corporate Officer at Kikkoman Corporation and a Senior Executive Corporate Officer at Kikkoman Food Products Company, where he has held key leadership roles, including National Sales Manager. In his new role, Mr. Asami is expected to leverage his extensive expertise to further drive innovation, strengthen customer partnerships, and reinforce KBC’s leadership position in the global hygiene and testing market.
