Generation of Lumitester

Lumitester K Series and C Series

In the early 1990’s luminescence detectors (luminometers) were generally heavy, stationary and expensive. In 1993 the first generation Lumitester K-100 was introduced as a compact, light-weight, portable, low-cost and highly sensitive luminometer for measuring ATP. Since then, Lumitester K and C series have been used as instruments that can quickly measure the amount of ATP in microorganisms.

Lumitester PD Series

In the 2000s, the Lumitester PD Series of hand type instruments was introduced. This series made it possible to perform ATP test more inexpensively and easily, and rapidly came to be used in the field of sanitation control.

Newest Lumitester Series

The latest model, Lumitester Smart, is mainly used for ATP Test (Kikkoman A3) and Lumitester C-110 is mainly used as a high-sensitivity ATP and microorganism analyzer at hygiene laboratories and research institutes around the world.
