How to request SDS

  1. Click "SDS" below to go to the request form.
  2. Please fill in the required information in "Customer Information" on the form.
  3. Please read "Personal Information Protection" and press "I agree to the above and proceed to the confirmation screen.
  4. Once you confirm that there are no mistakes or omissions in the "Customer Information" on the confirmation screen, Press "Send your input".
  5. A guidance email will be automatically sent to the email address you entered.
  6. Follow the instructions in the email to get the SDS.
