The course in Las Vegas was taught by Mark Warner, one of the senior trainers in CMi. As part of the training Mark discussed all the tools available to auditors, including the use of ATP. To give participants hands-on experience, each attendee was provided with an ATP testing instrument and test kits for the Kikkoman A3, a leading technology in the industry for cleanliness verification. Mark further enriched the session by inviting Bob Ferguson, a recognized expert in ATP technology, to deliver a live demonstration of the instrument and testing procedures. Bob guided participants through the proper usage of ATP tests, shared best practices for achieving the most accurate and reliable results, and discussed how ATP testing aligns with the ISSA Clean Standards. His presentation emphasized the importance of following ATP recommendations and requirements to effectively monitor and enhance cleanliness in facilities, ensuring consistency and compliance with industry benchmarks.
Each of the trainees left the course ready to conduct audits as Accredited Auditing Professionals and ready to use ATP as part of their work. They also left with a Lumitester Smart and a supply of LuciPac A3.
