Results of the method comparison

The study demonstrated the equivalence of the Easy Plate EB and ISO 21528-2:2017 for the determination of Enterobacteriaceae in pasteurized cream, cream cheese, spinach, lettuce, pasta salad, salmon pate, cooked prawns, raw ground beef, raw ground pork, dry dog food, meat and bone meal  homogenized when Easy Plate EB was incubated at 37 ± 1°C for 24 ± 2 h
